Registration ICE-6

Registration for ICE-6 is now closed.

The Early Bird registration fee (until 30 June 2023) for ICE-6 is €500 for a full registration and €250 for a discounted registration for Masters and PhD students. To qualify for a discounted registration you will need to upload proof of your student status. The fee for registrations made after 30 June 2023, will be €750 (full registration) or €500 (Master or PhD student registration). Registration closes on 15 August 2023.

Payment will need to be made to the University of Porto. You can make a payment using bank transfer or Paypal. Further details are provided in the registration form. You will be sent a copy of your registration form by email with the payment details.

If you want to cancel your registration, we can refund the registration fee if you let the organising committee know before 30 June 2023. If you cancel between 1 July and 15 August 2023, we will be able to return 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations after 15 August 2023 cannot be refunded.

We are organising a social activity on the last day of the conference on 14 September. This activity will include a museum visit and dinner in the vicinity of the Porto wine cellars. Please see https://wow.pt for further details. This is an optional extra to your registration at a cost of €95, which includes transport to the venue.
